Greetings in the Precious Name of Jesus! What a great honor and privilege to present to you our 10th Annual Women’s Retreat! I am so excited about what the Lord is going to do in our lives during this time of fellowship!! The retreat dates are February 16 – 18, 2012, and once again this letter is filled with exciting news and information concerning our trip.
Titus 3:7 says, “That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” To be justified means to be made just as though you never committed the wrong; restored back to one’s original state. Our original state was one of worship because we were made ‘by Him, for Him, and for His pleasure’ (Revelation 4:11).
Restoration means to receive again, the glory given to Adam Male and Female, in the beginning, giving us the ability to see things as Jesus sees them. We will be able to look at our past hurts and see the “good in all things.” Ultimately, we must learn that Jesus is the only One who can completely restore.
The book for review this year will be Heavenly Places by Kim Cash Tate. Heavenly Places is a Christian fiction novel that addresses four women and their journey to true restoration! It can be purchased through Barnes & Noble, or online at Amazon.com.
As always, we will be experiencing luxury accommodations at the Margate Tower, Kingston Plantation. We have placed four(4)-bedroom, three (3)-bedroom oceanfront suites and two (2) bedroom oceanfront suites on hold for your convenience. Please do not delay in making your reservations! Remember, the number of people sharing the room can evenly divide the cost of these rooms.
In order to take advantage of our special group rate, reservations must be made no later than January 16, 2012 (this ‘special rate cut-off date’ was selected by the Hotel and cannot be changed). Reservations requested by attendees after January 16th will be subject to the published rate and availability
Regular Registration: Must be postmarked January 1 – January 16, 2012
Late Registration: Must be postmarked February 3, 2012!

All registrations must be paid in full by February 3, 2012! This must and will be enforced, in order to plan for meeting spaces, meals, etc. You will find a registration form enclosed – please fill it out completely and return it as soon as possible. Be sure to include at least one half of your registration fee. Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferable. Because we immediately begin planting all funds into this ministry, Absolutely no money will be refunded for cancellations. Only in an extremely emergent situation will exceptions be made and are subject to approval by Elder John Godbolt. Questions concerning payments should be directed to Sis.
